Size and Edge Defect of Board (Ceramic Tile) Detecting System
This system is specially designed for checking the size and defect of ceramic tile on the production line automatically. The CCD camera in this system is used to capture the image of the ceramic tile. The image is then input into the PC for identification and size calculation. System will alarm if the size and image is out of the default tolerance. You can also save the image and other related data into the hard disk (optional).
Working Principle: The CCD camera in this system captures the image of the ceramic tile. The image is used for calculate the size of the tiles. Then system compares this size with qualified size. If calculated size is within the range, it is treated as qualified tiles. Otherwise, system will alarm.
Functions: Be suitable to check the ceramic tiles on line with high accuracy. Help the management to improve the management and product quality. Main functions include: Measure size. Measure edge. Measure crackle. Blob identification. The disqualified tile can be rejected (optional). Record the tile parameter.
Features: Ensure product quality. Decrease the labor cost and increase the productivity. Managers can check the individual work by printing the working report” and then improve the management, quality and working efficiency. Non-contact detecting, no damage on the ceramic tile or wood board.
Specifications: Detecting speed: 30-80pieces/min (varies according to the detecting content) Detecting precision1mm (Based on 600mm ceramic. The smaller the detecting range, the higher detecting precision.)
